Arrangement (Information about the filing sequence or logical order of the record)
-
These files and volumes are additional subject files. They are on unrelated topics, and are not the product of any deliberate arrangement. However, the file references follow the same pattern as the other subject files. Thus, the reference 60/13 VI is composed of the subject reference 60 (Financial), the file number (13), and the part number (VI). In addition, the reference in brackets that follows 79/44 I (S 80)shows that the file belonged also to the series of confidential files, in which S stood for War.
