Description

Memorial of the Merchants, Ship Owners, Sugar Refiners and Tradesmen of Liverpool to the Right Hon. William Pitt, first Lord of the Treasury, Chancellor of the Exchequer etc., requesting the repeal of restrictions on the exportation of sugar.

Signed by many of the leading Liverpool merchants of the day.
