Thomas Hawley late of Cause Castle now of Shrewsbury 2. Thomas Lloyd of Osbaston in the parish of Kinnerley gentleman 3. John Asterley of Carreghova in the County of Denbigh gentleman (a trustee of the said Thomas Lloyd)

Thomas Lloyd in February and May 1817 satisfied and paid to Walter Wall £2000 and also Lloyd prior to 5 November 1815 paid to or for Hawley sums amounting to £11,040 and a further amount in respect of the sum of £17,040 purchase money and by this the purchase money is reduced to the sum of £4000 which still remains unpaid

Now in consideration of the before mentioned sums amounting to £13,040 paid to Walter Wall and to or for the use of Hawley and of the said principal sum of £4000 secured and now due to James Davies which sums equal the agreed purchase money of £17,040

Also in consideration of 10/- paid to Asterley by Hawley, who at the nomination of Lloyd signifies that he releases to Asterley all the property as in 279/82 to several uses upon trusts as Thomas Lloyd shall direct, to the use of Asterley during the life of Thomas Lloyd in trust for Lloyd and to prevent any wife of Lloyd from being entitled to dower, subject to the sum of £4,000 remaining due to James Davies, 2. the payment of stipend to the Chaplain of Minsterley and 3. the right of road of Richard Topp Lloyd promises to pay Davies the £4000 within 12 calendar months
