Lady Hester before 29 September next to convey the Manor of Meole Brace, the house of farm called the Dayhouse Farm (Benjamin Juston at £125) containing 225a; messuage and several pieces of land (Wm Franks at £40), of 54a; several pieces of land (Mr John Appleton, currier, late - widow Bowen at £34 of 25a; pieces of land (Row Edwards, gent at £5) of 5a; 2 pieces (Sarah Parrock, widow at £8) of 6a; all in Meole Brace; seats in the church and tithes.
