Appeal of Landrake against order of 8 November last for removal of Ann Lang, single woman, from St Germans to Landrake; evidence given that Ann Lang had been the servant of Rebecca Biddex for 1 year and then a further fortnight, being paid 45s. and 1s. 6d. respectively: order reversed; Ann Lang to be returned to St Germans, who are to pay Landrake £1 6s. 8d. costs and £1 13s. 4d. maintenance and lying-in expenses of Ann Lang.
