Description

Agreement between Robert Knight of Barrels esq. and Edward Cooper of Henley-in-Arden for lease to the latter of farm buildings, lands and premises in Wootton Wawen consisting of 11 closes of arable and 7 closes of meadow and pasture, containing together 122a. Or. 12p., with the hay and corn tithes, to hold from March 25th last for one year certain and so on from year to year at the yearly rent of £193, subject to three days' customary team labour and husbandry conditions (specified), the tenant to make annual payments to the poor of Warwick and to the lord of the manor of Henley, and the sum of £4.2s.4d. for land tax on Fosters.
