Granted, bargained & sold unto John & his heirs for ever, all his messuages, tenement Rents, reversions etc, with all appurtenances in Clynnicke & Clynnicke Park, Tregadylett Trewine, Trebantrees, Foymore, Bonhale & Bonhale Moore, Tremoyle, Furscore, Saghmore, Myddledowne, Gosehill Moore, Trenath alias Tremartha & Hirckes, Cardew & Carthew & any of them situate in the several parishes of Southpederwin

St. Thomas by Lanceston Alternorn St. Peter Wesgow & Warbestow ---------------------------- in the Co. of Cornwall. To hold to the said John Downe his heirs & assigns, for ever to be holden of the Chief Lord or Lord of the fee thereof by the rents & services due and accustomed.
