January 29 1745. Indenture of release of that date made between Humphrey Sandford esq., 2. Elizabeth Jones spinster, 3. Francis Walker esq., and Thomas Harries gent, 4. Samuel Harwood, and Edward Jeffreys, 5. William Evans esq. and the Rev. Leonard Hotchkiss clerk.

November 23 1770. Indenture of release of that date made between1.Humphrey Sandford and Elizabeth his wife, and Humphrey Sandford the younger, 2. Francis Walker, and Thomas Harries, 3. John Harries gent. 4. Thomas Ottley and Roger Kynaston esq.

November 15 1804. Indenture of release between 1. Foliot Sandford, 2. Humphrey Sandford esq. eldest son and heir of Foliot Sandford, 3. Richard Griffiths. 4. Robert Pemberton, 5. Jonathan Scott, and Rev. George Holland.

Advowson and impropriate tithes of Edgton. 30 September 1720. Indenture of release, between Charles Walcott of Walcott, and Humphrey Walcot.

July 16 1725. Copy of agreement between Humphrey Walcot esq. and Richard Fleming.

November 8 and 9 1749. Indentures of lease and release made between 1.John Fleming of Acton Scott clerk, 2 Edward Fleming esq.

February 13 and 14 1746. Indentures of lease and release made between Richard Fleming gent and John Fleming.

March 24 and 25 1790. Attested copies of lease and release, the release between Sir Henry Oxenden, the right Hon. Henry Lord Porchester, Hon and Rev. William Neville, 2. Frances Harries, 3. Joseph Bullock and George Richards, 4. James Fleming Baxter.

Abstracts of Title: We do acknowledge that the several deeds, papers, and writings, were this day delivered to us to be preserved and kept by us for the benefit of all parties, and the indenture of mortgage and bond accompanying the same bearing date respectively the 25th day of May last past delivered to the Rev. William Hopkins. Witness our hands this 7th day of November, 1812.
