Folio 170. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union enclosing printed notices of the inquiry to be held at the Assembly Rooms, East Dereham in relation to the petition of the Rural Sanitary Authority for the issues of a provisional order to put in force the powers of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act [not included]. It states that the notices must be immediately fixed to the principal doors of each church and chapel and wherever public notices are usually fixed in the district. Once completed a certificate confirming this must be sent to the Board.
