Folliot Sandford late of the Isle, now resident in Bath, and the Rev. Humphrey Sandford clerk, of Shrewsbury, jointly and severally bound to Thomas Tarleton jnr. of Cloverley, esq. and Edward Bather of Meole Brace clerk, for £6000, to be paid to Thomas Tarleton, and Edward Bather.
Condition of obligation. that if above bounden Foliot and Humphrey Sandford, pay to Edward Bather and Thomas Tarleton, sum of £3000 and interest by November 25 next bond and obligation to remain void.
Sealed and delivered in the presence of Robert Goldstone, Bath, apothecary, on behalf of Foliot Sandford.
Sealed and signed by Humphrey Sandford, witnessed by Jno. Skrymsher.
