Mary Tiddy of St Anthony in Roseland, spinster: to remain in custody for want of sureties for misdemeanour.

Four gaol and marshalsea rates to be levied and paid to Samuel Hext, gent., Vice-Treasurer.

John Couch of St Austell, woolcomber; acquitted of assault on Joan Vivian, widow.

John Rowe of St Cleer, yeoman; pleaded guilty to assault: fined 6d.
