Impregnable Lodge was granted a warrant by the Moderns Grand Lodge to meet as No. 509 in 1777. In 1780 the Lodge was renumbered as No. 414, as No. 415 in 1781 and as No. 336 in 1792. The lodge met at the New Inn, Harnet Street, Sandwich, Kent from 1777. In 1786 it relocated to the New Rose Inn, Strand Street, Sandwich, where meetings continued until the lodge was erased on 13 April 1796.
