(1) Ann Hind, one of the daughters of late Rich. Hind of Brownsover Warks., gent. and a grandaughter of late Rich. Hind of Lilburne Nhant, gent.
(2) Thos. Webb of Sherborn Warks., gent., exor. of late Wm. Ward of Woolston Warks., gent., who was surviving exor. of Rich. Hind of Lilburne.
(1) acknowledges receipt of £200. from (2) being legacy from grandfather Rich. Hind and discharges (2) from legacy and from all claims and demands which (1) might bring against (2) re. will or personal estate of father of (1).
