Description

Conveyance by lease and release from John Woolaston of Whitchurch yeoman and Richard Woolaston of the same yeoman, only surviving children of Thomas Woolaston late of Admington in the parish of Quinton, co. Gloucs., labourer, himself one of the children of Thomas Woolaston late of Pebworth husbandman, to William Roberts of Long Marston farmer, for £12 12s. 0d. paid to the said John and Richard Woolaston and for £60 paid to John Riley to assign a mortgage due on the property to a trustee in trust to attend the inheritance, of one half quarter of a yardland and common of pasture for one cow in Pebworth.
