Printed Order in Chancery re Wakeman property in Co. Salop in the will of Sir Offley Penbury Wakeman, and property in Co. W settled in pursuance of the same will.
On the application of Wm Gough of Chirbury, gent, who by chief clerk's certificate of 17 January 1876 has been certified to be the purchaser of lots 4 & 5 of the estate sold under the Order of 10 July 1875 - Ordered that Wm Gough on 25 March 1876 pay into Court to the credit of Ex parte Sir Offley Wakeman and others Shropshire uses & c £3,638, being £3258 balance of purchase money after deducting £362 deposit, plus £380 being valuation of the timber.
Ordered on payment being made the applicant be let into possession from 25 March 1876 and conveyance to be made to him.
Ordered the money be invested in Consolidated £3% annuities.
