Mortgage from Thomas Cookes of Billesley, yeoman, son and hair of Thomas Cookes, late of the same, to Thomas Venor of Warwick, baker, of a messuage, three quarters of a yardland and several lands and ridges in Snitterfield in the tenure of William Mann, which were purchased by Thomas Cookes the elder (amongst other things) from Henry Tomes and others; to hold for 1000 years at a peppercorn rent to secure £100.
