By the said JOHN MOREY and ROSE his wife to the said OWEN MARDEN - for £260 - of a messuage, tenement or dwelling house, backside, garden and one close of arable land adjoining containing 2 ac. having the Kings highway E. and W., and a purrock of land of Mr. White's called the Pair Tree purrock, N., and a close of land of Mr. White's and a little meadow plot called Colts Mead, S

Also 2 closes of arable land then converted into one close, containing 7 ac

Also several closes of meadow and pasture with a fish pond thereto adjoining containing 10 ac., having a field of Richard Searle's called Nells field and a Coppice called Scotts Coppice, E., and a field called the Poors Purrock and another field of Richard Searles called the North Crofts, W., and another of the said Richard Searles called Nells Mead, N., and another field of the said Scotts called East field, S
