A dwellinghouse with outbuildings,& garden at Coalbrook Dale (heretofore George Cranage, decd., now of Elizabeth Cranage, spinster) and the other dwelling house formerly used as a stable with the outbuildings and garden thereto belonging, at Coalbrookdale (heretofore Geo Cranage now John Windsor as tenant to Edward Cranage) which 2 houses and buildings were heretofore built and erected on a piece of land formerly purchased by George Cranage decd. from Abraham Darby heretofore of Coalbrookdale, ironmaster, decd.; another dwelling house with outbuildings, gardens at Coalbrookdale (heretofore Robert Adams, afterwards of Edw. Cranage, now of Samuel Leigh as tenant to Edward Cranage) To hold to Sarah Darby and her heirs forever, free from incumbrances by Edward, George or Thomas Cranage heretofore of Coalbrookdale, ironfounder, decd. Convenant by the Cranages at the cost of Sarah Darby to levy a fine to John Wilcox to enure to the use of Sarah Darby and her heirs forever.
