Premises: all that estate, lands and premises with mansion or dwelling house outhouses and appurts, with closes belonging called Mosside in Preston Patrick; also all those three closes on north and south side of road from Farleton to Aikbank; also close in Farleton called Canal Parrock containing 2 roods 22 perches - all, further described in schedules; also parcel of moss or turbary ground on Tarny Bank Moss or Killington Mosses in Killington containing 29 perches now in occupation of the Earl of Bective - all conveyed by (1) to (2) upon certain trusts to the use of (3) and (4)
