This unnamed lodge was granted a warrant by the Antients' Grand Lodge on 1 October 1801 to meet as No. 326 in the Garrison, Sydney, Sydney Island, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. After the union between the Antients' and Moderns' Grand Lodges to form the United Grand Lodge of England in 1813, the Lodge was renumbered as No. 415. The Lodge was erased in 1832.
