To d. Ann, all port in house cellar.

To wife Mary, all plate that she had before marriage, provisions and other wines, etc. and £300. Also other household goods and horse and carriage for life, then these to d.

To Wm. and A. Titley, £100 each.

To cousin Eliz. Jackson, spin., £20 p.a. till marriage.

To Eliz. widow of Sam. Jepson of Mansfield, labourer, £15 12s. p.a. for life.

All real estate and share in business to d.

Residue of personal estate to trustees, to pay £700 to wife for life and residue to d. for life, then all for d's. children.

No scarves, crape or hat bands to be used or given away at funeral.

Codicil: wife now to have Westfield House, Mansfield (newly bought from trustees of late Chas. Lindley) for life; £700 increased to £800; and she to have ½ port bequeathed to d. Will: 9 Nov. 1874.
