Description

Attested copy of deed of indemnity.

(i) Charles Hanbury Tracy of Toddington House, co. Glos.,esq.

(ii) Richard Collins of Wenlock, co. Salop., esq.

(iii) Charles Kaye of London, gent.

Tithes to which (i) entitled, arising from parish of Morville, co. Salop., which were not comprized in lease and revocation of 11, 12 Dec. 1814, to (iii) for 99 yrs. if (i) live so long, upon trust to permit (i) to receive tithes for own use until (ii) shall be called on for payment of £13 13s. 4d., £3 13s. 4d. £3 13s. 4d. p.a. (sums mentioned in will of Arthur Weaver, 1709, to be paid to curatees of Morville, Aston and Quatford, co. Salop), or (ii) sustain any loss by reason of non-payment of the money. (iii) to raise money out of tithes to be used to discharge arrears due on stipends.
