Description:
- Construction of a railway to form a line of communication between the South Yorkshire collieries and London, as follows:
Railway No. 1:
- Commencing in the parish of St. Mary, Stratford-le- Bow, adjoining the Lee Union Canal, and terminating by a junction with the G.E.R. in Low Leyton Marsh, in the parish of Leyton, (co. Essex.)
Railway No. 2
- Railway commencing in the parish of Trumpington (co. Cambridgeshire), by a junction with the G.E.R., and terminating about 36 chains (792 yards) North of Long Stanton, (co. Cambridgeshire) Station.
Railway No. 3
- Commencing by a junction with St. Ives and Cambridge branch of the G.E.R. in Longstanton and terminating in the parish of Bourne (co. Lincolnshire).
Railway No. 4
- Commencing by a junction with Railway No. 3 and terminating in the parish of Kirkby-la-Thorpe, approximately one mile from Sleaford station.
Railway No. 5
- Commencing by a junction with the Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire, Market Rasen, Branch Railway at a point about 65 chains (1,210 yards) to the West of the bridge carrying the Lincoln and Fiskerton road over the railway.
Additional lands on the banks of the Regents' Canal.

- Kirkby-la-Thorpe, Old Sleaford, New Sleaford, Leasingham, Ruskington, Bloxholme, Digby, Roulston, Scopwick, Kirkby Green, Blankney, Metheringham, Dunston, Nocton, Potter Hanworth, Branston, Washingborough, Greetwell, Cherry Willingham (all co. Lincolnshire).
