William Nevill of Birling, Kent, clerk to Henry [Nevill], Earl of Abergavenny.
Recites: as 25L above, and 25L above; before WN's recent marriage, HN had agreed to appoint to him the equivalent in annuities of £7,000, but instead advanced him stock to the same amount out of his own money
Now WN assigns to HN £7,466 13s 4d, 3% annuities expectant on HN's death
