Northampton baker & miller - (only son & heir at law & administrator of goods etc of Mary Westley deceased intestate formerly widow of Joseph Westley late of Blisworth baker deceased, & formerly Mary Marriott Spinster) and Elizabeth his wife & William Henry Smith late of the city of London but now on board the Lady Harewood on a voyage to New South Wales a minor age 20 - only surviving son and heir at law of John Smith deceased by Sarah his wife. (John Smith was the eldest son & heir of Ann Smith deceased wife of Joseph Smith deceased formerly Ann Marriott)
Elizabeth Marriott of Northampton spinster William Pembroke of Deptford co. Kent Butcher - (eldest son & heir at law of Jane Pembroke deceased wife of John Pembroke formerly Jane Marriott spinster) & Sarah Elizabeth his wife. Catherine Warwick of Great Houghton co. Northampton widow of Richard Warwick late of Great Houghton butcher deceased formerly Catherine Marriott spinster
