TALBOT, Adelhida, Duchess of Shrewsbury begs Ld C to prevail with King to alter the manner of her brother's death [Marquis de Paliotti]. [March 1717]

TALBOT, Charles, Duke of Shrewsbury relating to a ? prophetic letter about a man residing at Whetstone. Also refers to an application for patronage of a Mr Bridges. 25 Jan 1714/15

Originally enclosing a letter relating to the appointment of a new chief Baron in Ireland, and giving Sir Richard Leving a good character. 10 May 1715

TAYLOR, John: putting forward a proposal to render the Universities more useful by instituting a regular system of visitation in the colleges, similar to the bishops visitation of the clergy. 13 Sept 1718 Calverton near Stony Stratford, Bucks
