Thomas Schumann Morris of Coventry, silkman and Thomas Pegge of Coventry banker to John Hill of Coventry, banker of a field in Jeffrey Woods Cross, Holy Trinity Parish, now occupied by John Adams, for digging clay. The lessee covenants to pay the lessors 2s.6d. for every 1,000 bricks made, to flatten the field and plant with clover after use, demolish any brick kilns erected on the field at the termination of the lease.
