Description

Draft letter of Robert Leslie, Grand Secretary, to the Master of the Lodge at the Swan Inn, Dover, stating that they must not give up the warrant but he must return to the chair and proceed with regular business, letting any who wish to withdraw from the lodge leave in an orderly and proper Masonic manner.
