Description

Collection of five albumen prints, mounted on card and presumably extracted from albums of various formats. The captions to the prints are written in different hands and the material clearly originated from three different sources. Prints 1-2 are portrait groups of East Indian Railway employees, prints 3-4 are portraits of Captain Alfred Blunt and Major-General George Saxton, c. 1860, print 5 shows a parade of the troops of the Maharaja of Karauli. Process = Albumen prints.
