(1) William Varcoe of Hanley, co.Staff., agent, Mary Walker, his (2) Josiah Wolsincroft Powell of Burslem, co.Staff., commission agent, Edwin Powell, formerly of same, accountant, but now of Hanley, earthenware manufacturer, William Varcoe (as in (DDX 231/1) above), (3) George Bull, of Newcastle-under-Lyme, co.Staff., wine and spirit merchant, Robert Caleb Hill of same, land agent, (4) William Williams of Crewe, engineer.
Prem. as in DDX 231/3.
Transfer by (2), executors of Ephraim Mayer, dec., to (3), with release to (3) by Mary Walker Varcoe and Elizabeth Best, coheiresses of E. Mayer, with consent of William Varcoe and James Best and at direction of (2).
Covenant by (3) to (4) for production of title deeds (scheduled).
