Power of sale.

His two sons, E.A.Darwin and Charles Robert Darwin executors. The testator d. 13 November 1848; will proved 19 December 1848 by E.A.Darwin alone PCC.
E.A.Darwin is the eldest son and heir at law. As executor he has demanded the principal, which Wedgwood and he have agreed to advance out of a joint fund
