Letter from William Urwick to Rev. R.J.Davies.

He is sorry he could not accompany his cousin to see D. at the end of November; he told D. they were having the timber inspected & marked & valued to obtain directions for a sale - which directions they did not succeed in getting until about a fortnight ago, & he intended writing to D. after the sale to make him acquainted with all that had been done.

In the directions for the sale which have been confirmed by the Lords Justices, it is ordered that his cousin shall invest the purchase when & as he receives any sum to the amount of £200 after payment of the expenses, in the Bank of England to be laid out in the name of the Accountant General of the Court of Chancery in the 3% Consols to the credit of the estate, & it cannot be sold out or applied or disposed of in any way without the consent of all parties interested & all directions in D.'s uncle's will be considered & attended to - No Trustees are needed - if there were he would be willing to act in place of his father.
