Description (What the record is about)
-
Thanking her for her birthday gift and saying “we have left Follygate so we have come down here”. Imagining that Sybil is very busy with cattle, horses etc. Sorry to hear about Mrs Pershouse. Telling of Cecil’s work for Col and Mrs Allen and their world. Howell Cottage is 14 miles from Okehampton and a mile from Tavistock. Asking Sybil to write to her. Offering to send a copy of Uncle Tit’s Will who “didn’t leave any of us anything at all”. Wishing her a happy birthday for 11 December.
