Of Nos 62-68 Weymouth Terrace, Hackney Road, Series begins with 63 year counterpart lease from William Rhodes of Hoxton to James Laver, plasterer and John Laver, iron-monger of two houses in Weymouth Terrace (recently built ?) (1). (2) is further lease for 63 years dated 1810 of Nos 17-18 WT (plans on both). In 1867 Rev John Barry Broderick & George Broderick sell Nos 66-68 WT to Josiah Taylor Powell (3).In 1892 James F.Field buys Nos 62-4 from Henry Spurgeon and 56-60 & 66-68 from the executors of Powell (4-8) (9) is an agreement with the owner of No 70 re a back extension of No 68. After Field's death Nos 62-68 are sold at auction (12, catalogue,brief description) and sold to Albert Hodges
