Messuage, toft, lands and appurts., in occupation of Richard David, water com grist mill and appurts. 2 messuages (named) and appurts., in Penstrowed, co. Mtg., conveyed by fine by (i) to (ii) at last Gt. Sessions by description of 4 messuages, 2 cottages, 6 gardens, 6 orchards, 60 ac. land, 50 ac. meadow, 70 ac. pasture, 30 ac. wood, 100 ac. furze and heath and appurts. in Penstrowed, co. Mtg. to be held to use of (ii).
