Description

Release: Elizabeth Johnson of Withcott, co. Leicester, of the first part, Samuel Barker of Lynden, co. Rutland, and Thomas Barker, esq., of the same, only son of said Samuel of the second part, George Whiston of Lynden and John Whiston of London of the third part: release unto said George and John Whiston of all lands and tenements in HAMBLETON of which they stand seised by virtue of a lease made the day before these presents and which were demised by will by Sir Thomas Barker to Mathew Johnson, Thomas Trist, Henry Green and John Goodman on trust as specified in the said will: to hold the same to the use of said Samuel Barker for the term of life; after his death to the use of said Thomas Barker and his heirs male; in default of such to the use of second, third, and all other sons of said Samuel Barker; in default of such to the use of Richard Green and his heirs male; in default of such to the right heirs of said Sir Thomas Barker.
