(a) 16, Gwyn Street, Villa with brick building comprising small shop, office, yard and outbuildings. House in occupation of Mr Probert; shop and office in occupation of Mr Bick
(b) 19, Hassett Street, Villa and yard. House in occupation of Mr Downing; yard in occupation of Messrs Bonnett and Hazell Title to commence with a Conveyance of 24th December 1904 (William Mayes to Francis Coales and Walter John Coales)
