Letter from W. Edwards Booth, 8 Church Crescent, Church End, Finchley, London to Mr L.V. Fildes, Port Sunlight acknowleding receipt of his Preferential Certificate dividend. Mr W.E. Booth also states that Mr Darcy Cooper personally agreed that the dividend on his Preferential Certificate would be sent annually, irrespective of the Co-Partnership dividend and this would be in addition to his pension from Messsrs A & F Pears.
