Description

Papers consist of typescript extracts from Griffiths' Guide to the Iron Trade of Great Britain, published 1873 giving an overview of the production of sheet iron by Chambers and Sankey, trading as Bilston Iron Company at Deepfields and Stonefield Iron Works in Bilston; and handwritten notes on materials used for the production of electrical steel sheets and the production of 'Stalloy' at Joseph Sankey & Sons Ltd Manor Works.
