Messuage in Temple Street, Aylesbury, wherein James Henry Marshall now dwells.
John Marshall agrees to purchase the said property for £600 on or before the 25th January.
Thomas Berry agrees to make a good title to the said property at his own expense and to pay the sum of £5 towards the Conveyance, and to pay all landlord's taxes (if any) to Christmas next.
