Description

Letter from Edward Willoby, Clerk to the Guardians of the Berwick-upon-Tweed Poor Law Union, to James Smith, Butcher, High Street, stating that his tender has been accepted to supply the union for three months with rounds and flanks of beef at 8s 9d per stone, houghs at 3s 9d per stone, legs of muttton at 8d per lb. He is asked to name two sureties for a bond of £40.
