Prints are mounted on page with captions and identifications in Harold Wilberforce-Bell's hand. The album covers the period of Wilberforce-Bell's official and social life from 1936-8, documenting events in Lahore, Nabha, Sangrur, Khairpur, Phul, Simla, Mandi, and Kapurthala during this time.
