Particulars, Plan and Conditions of Sale of Land and Property at Old Warden to be sold by auction by Stafford & Rogers Limited at the Swan Hotel, Biggleswade, on Wednesday 23rd July 1913 with instructions from the Trustees under the will of the late Richard Haworth Esq (re Mrs Daniel's Settled Share) viz:

(a) Brookland Farm, Old Warden (178a 3r 17p) with farm residence and premises, outbuildings and including organ room (41ftx20ft) , tennis court and summer house; and to be sold with privilege for owners and occupiers to use the cart road on south side over (b) as shown on plan; and now occupied by Mr J C H Daniel

(b) Garden land and three cottages known as "Frog Hall"

(33a 0r 0p) subject to use of (a) 15-occupation road across (b)

Conditions of Sale derive title of (a) from a Conveyance of 1st October 1872 between Rt Hon Robert Henley Lord Ongley and Richard Haworth and with conveyances of 1st October 1872 (as above) and 12th April 1873 between Lord Ongley and Richard Haworth; and include clause that Vendors are selling as Trustees of settled share of Mrs Elizabeth Sewell Daniel under the will of Richard Haworth who died 30th November 1833
