Description

Letters, case papers, legal bills in dispute or disputes involving William and Elizabeth Turbutt and John and Mary Holland, arising from wills of Reverend William Burrow and Reverend Benjamin Burrow, respectively uncle and father of Elizabeth and Mary. Includes reference to marriage settlement of William and Elizabeth Turbutt (1767) and legal bill refers back to 1794. Properties are named.
