Recital of lease of 22 March 1705/6 (SRO 1045/254) £125 is due to John Reynolds, over and above what he received from rents and profits
Consideration: £125 paid by Bridgen to John Reynolds
Assignment of the lease for remainder of term and all advantage of a decree obtained in Chancery Michaelmas 6 George I in a cause, Robert, Richard, Elianor and Ann Stringer plts, John Reynolds party, John Reynolds of Pickthorn, Thomas Reynolds party and Joseph Stringer defts, by which it was ordered that John Reynolds should be paid what appeared due to him, to the said amount.
