Description

Lease (no. 178) for seven years. Yearly rent £84.

(i) Rt. Hon. John Lord Wodehouse, Baron Wodehouse of Kimberley

(ii) Nathaniel Spike, Budock, husbandman

- - house with farmyard, barn, stable with six flds. (14a 2r 15p.), parish of Falmouth occ. Wm. Seaward and Wm. Seaward jun. (manor of Arwenack)

- - fld. then divided into two enclosures (6a 3r 27p.), parish of Falmouth occ. Ric. Croggon and (ii), manor of Arwenack

(Minerals, trees, watercourses reserved and right of way granted by John Lord Wodehouse decd. to John Bull, Falmouth, esq. Power to (i) and John Bull to make ditches and drains

(ii) not to take more than one crop of pulse and two crops of grain; last crop to be barley or oats with usual quantities of clover and grass seeds. Only fallow of four years to be broken for tillage. 40 common butt loads of sea sand dung and compost per acre tilled.)
