Description

Abstract of title to an estate at Cow Honeyborne, co. Glos., commencing with an indenture, dated 14 May 35 Elizabeth, between John Lord Lumley, Richard Lewknor and John Lampton of the one part and William Bagg of the other, and ending with a conveyance dated 1 May 1779 from John Parker to Thomas Bennett.

As to other land there.

Commencing with a conveyance dated 20 July 1649 from Richard Lampet of Broadway, co. Worcs., yeoman, Anthony Lampet his son and Bridgett his wife, Anthony Palmer of Comberton Magna, co. Worcs., gent., and Thomas Clarke of the same, yeoman, to William Roberts of Churchhoneybourne, co. Worcs., clerk, and ending with an indenture dated 1 May 1779 between J. Parker and Thomas Bennett.

Folios 18-24.

As to tithes of above lands, commencing with a conveyance dated 20 June 1712 from William Ashwyn of Cow Honeybourne to William Avery of Shipston upon Stour, weaver, and ending with the will, dated 15 January 1758 of Thomas Bagg.

Folios 25-27.

As to a tenement and lands there, commencing with an indenture dated 1 June 12 James I (1614) between Thomas Bloxam alias Ingles of Aston Subedge, co. Glos., yeoman, of the first part, Thomas Rudburne of Honeybourne, husbandman and John Ruke of the same, husbandman, of the second part and Joan Carter, daughter and heir of William Carter, late of Honeybourne, deceased and of Dorothy his wife and ending with an indenture of fine dated in Trinity term 21 George III (1780) between George Evans, plaintiff, and J. Parker and Mary his wife, deforciants.

As to other tithes there, commencing with a conveyance dated 15 March 1699 from Thomas Ashwin, William Ashwin and John Harris to Richard Ingles, and ending with the will, dated 15 January 1758, of J. Bagg.
