In the foundation of Bursalis prebend Bishop Sherburne ordered the Chapter to have the title deeds of his benefactions transcribed into a clean, well-bound paper book. (See Bennett, Codrington and Deedes, 'Statutes and Constitutions of [Chichester Cathedral]' (Chichester, 1904) op. cit., p.63.) This is the volume, but it omits the title deeds in Cap/I/15.
