Recitals:- ownership by (1) of premises on north west side of Stramongate, coloured green on plan ownership by (2) of premises in same place coloured red on plan
- Part of dividing wall belonging to (1) greater part belonging to (2)
- Great inconvenience caused by separate ownership of wall, coloured blue on plan
- Erection by (1) on property, of play room in connection with their schools, roof of which will project into property of (2)
- Insertion of ventilation pipes by (2) through wall dividing both properties, for use of cottage of (2)
Covenants: wall, coloured blue on plan, to be joint party wall; roof jutting over property of (2) to be removed if (2) should ever wish it, ventilation holes to be undisturbed by (1), no more to be built
