Files generally include architectural plans of premises (relating to proposed alterations, etc. with notes and stamps of if and when approved by licensing department) and loose pages from register of licences relating to each premises which detail: sign and address of premises; description of licence; name and address of owner; date of transfer of licence; name of holder of licence; details of any licensing conditions, certificates, etc. In the vast majority of files, the register of licences page has been stamped to indicate that the licence was renewed in 2001.
